To create our wide selection of deep rich flavours we infuse the butter and whipping cream with raw ingredients (lavender buds, fresh rosemary, chai spices, fennel seed, espresso, or Silk Road's Imperial Earl Grey Tea) and caramelize the sugar "just so". All our caramels are corn free, nut free, and gluten free.
We don't use any additive or stabilizers so store your caramels in a cool dry environment and enjoy them tout de suite. But they will last up to 5 months on the shelf.
There are 9 caramels per package 80g
- Caramels contain all organic ingredients - Avalon whipping cream, cane sugar, tapioca syrup, butter, and water.
Other ingredients include Vancouver Island Pacific sea salt; fresh Happy Valley Road lavender buds and extract; fresh rosemary and organic rosemary concentrate; chai spices - true cinnamon, fennel, ginger, nutmeg, cardamom, black pepperforn & clove; fennel seed and organic anise concentrate; Level Ground espresso and organic cardamom concentrate; Silk Road Imperial earl grey tea, organic earl grey tea concentrate, organic vanilla extract.
