Our smooth, decadent dark chocolate is made with premium single origin organic cacao beans from Nicaragua, and a sprinkling of pure sea salt hand harvested off the pristine coast of Vancouver Island by Vancouver Island Salt Co.
Our crunchy caramel is made from organic cane sugar. Ahhh, the sweet beauty of food science: slow cooked the right way, sugar changes shape, texture and flavour to become caramel. Blended with our creamy, smooth milk chocolate and a sprinkling of Vancouver Island sea salt, our Caramel Sea Salt bar is what chocolate dreams are made of ... and it's for real!
