Refund policy


 Our  Return Policy is within 7 days Store Exchange or Store Credit Only.  This helps people to only purchase something they intend on keeping and limits damage to the items that we have paid for.   As a small, locally owned boutique this policy is necessary for our survival.

Item must be unworn except for initial try on, no damage and all tags still attached.

  For shipping those costs are born by the customer you have 4 days to ship it back. The ship time is not your responsibility if it is showing the date you shipped it. If we send the ship return ticket that cost is deducted from your store credit. Once we receive it we will inspect it And then issue you your store credit with deducted shipping charge. It will be an E-card you can use on the website or in store for future purchases even on non-clothing items.

 If you are unsure of fit and sizing prior to purchase please message the shop to try and assess prior to purchase or visit to see or try on  the item on the for best estimates.

We will exchange sizes when possible on undamaged wave rings and then sanitize them. Hats, Tea, food items,  mugs, Skin care and jewelry are all sales final. Intimates are all sales final.

 If an item arrives with some unforeseen damage you need to message us via email immediately with photos for us to make arrangements for it’s return to us. You have 48 hours upon receiving it to make a damage claim and must be unworn and tags still attached, and when approved by us, returned to us within 7 days and inspected before you will be issued a refund.
